1. Rental Agreement
All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not guaranteed until payment is received and confirmed.
The renter is responsible for:
• Providing accurate event details
• Ensuring adequate space and access for setup
• Providing power within 100 feet (unless generator is rented)
• Ensuring adult supervision at all times
2. Payment Terms
• Full payment or deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Remaining balances must be paid prior to or at delivery.
• Late payments may result in cancellation.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
3. Cancellations & Weather Policy
We understand weather happens.
• Cancellations made 72+ hours before event may receive a credit.
• Weather-related cancellations may receive event credit at our discretion.
• Same-day cancellations may be non-refundable.
West Peak Inflatables reserves the right to cancel rentals due to unsafe weather conditions including high winds, lightning, or heavy rain.
4. Delivery & Setup
Delivery windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival times unless otherwise specified.
The renter must:
• Provide clear access
• Remove pets
• Ensure the area is level and free of hazards
• Confirm sprinkler systems are off
Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation without refund.
5. Damage & Cleaning
Renter is financially responsible for:
• Damage caused by misuse
• Excessive cleaning due to food, gum, slime, etc.
• Theft or vandalism during rental period
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the card on file.
6. Safety & Supervision
Renter agrees to follow all safety rules provided. West Peak Inflatables is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, West Peak Inflatables shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to equipment use.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including logos, branding, images, and text is property of West Peak Inflatables and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
